What is it:

The Ultra-Yield is a system developed with the latest aeration technology in the world to increase the dissolved oxygen (DO) in water at rates and speeds never been seen before. Our advanced technologies, that includes the MB/UFB generators, aerates water at a rate between 8 000 micro-bubbles to +1 000 000 ultra-fine bubbles per 1ml of water, a first in the water treatment industry.

This means that it is possible now to dissolve oxygen or any gas 10 to 1 000 times more efficiently than 1mm bubble generators.

When adding oxygen into the Micro and Ultrafine bubble it will further increase the DO (Dissolved Oxygen) in irrigation and aquaculture water.

What makes the technology so amazing is that with a 90% oxygen percentage level, which can be determined as 38 mg/L, you can expect a 427% saturation level subject to your water temperature and viscosity. This is very good news for plants indeed.

how it works in aquaculture:

Over 50% of the fish and shellfish consumed by humans are produced through aquaculture, also known as fish farming. As fish farmers aim to produce more fish to keep up with global demand, they run into severe problems with a lack of dissolved oxygen (DO) in the water. Fish and shellfish need a specific minimum amount oxygen to breathe. When fish populations are tightly packed, a shortage of DO is inevitable because the fish and shellfish consume more oxygen from the water, than what is naturally available.

Additionally, waste by-products accumulate on the bottom of the fish farm, damaging or eliminating bottom-dwelling plants and animals required for a healthy eco system 
ClaasEco Micro and Ultrafine bubble gas injection technology can alleviate these problems by rapidly elevating and maintaining higher levels of DO levels in the aquaculture environment, effectively oxygenating sea, dam and lake floors due to the Ultrafine bubbles lack of buoyancy.

ultra-yield s series:

The two models 350S and 400S, are are units each with the same Dual-chamber/Dual-vortex/High-speed Rotation System (DDHRS) nozzle, but manufactured out of two different grades of stainless steel (304 and 316)They enable us to apply the Ultra-YIELD solutions in any water body, where it is required to use a pump INSIDE the water body. What makes the series uniqueis the fact that we can apply the solution in very harsh conditions such as sea water. Combined with solar power, they can run 24/7 non-stop in remote areas.
